Deposit

We do not require a deposit to book.

Cancellation

We do not charge a cancellation fee. If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust.

Payment

We accept Way2Go for eligible trips. Florida Way2Go cardholders can use their benefits where applicable — contact us to confirm.

Fees

Car seat / booster: $10 per seat when requested at booking.

Overnight (10pm–6am): A $10 surcharge applies for pickups between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

We do not charge cleaning fees. Pricing for your route is shown on the homepage and in the booking flow.

Service area

We currently advertise airport transportation to and from Tampa International Airport (TPA), including Pinellas County, Pasco County, Holiday, and New Port Richey. Other areas may be available — contact us to ask.
